Super server overhaul.

Things are getting messy and having a PvP centric server isn't working out. So I'm taking a nice hard look at Tekkit to see about providing a nice, clean PvE experience for everyone; While still allowing a place for some heavy PvP action.
Seriously. Tekkit is like a whole new game. It's impressive!
