I hope it would be around 1500 lang din and is enough for 1 month. Lately, I've been using monster and redbull pero they have so much sugar in it which is not safe for me since my fam has a history of diabetes and if I keep taking those every 6 days of the week, that would be too much. Hope you can help me out. Thanks!
