I had a hard time doing the exercises initially but I realized I wasn't comfortable with the weight of the bag. I tried to work on the movements using a lighter version and only progressed to a heavier one only when I felt that my form was better.

Pwede na din yung price. Yung MDbuddy yung inisip ko bilhin sa shopee recently. Ang mahal kasi kung Suples talaga.
I trained no gi dati but more on muaythai ako ever since. These bulgarian bag exercises work well for strengthening clinch.π
