i get lazy mid workout sessions

hi! ive been going to the gym for around 5 months now, and i train 3 days a week with 8 exercises per day. lately, though, i tend to get lazy after the 5th or 6th exercise and just want to get out of the gym asap.

what should i do to resolve this? can i train all my muscles with fewer exercises? if i do more compound exercises, would it slow down my progress?
