I really love rice and minimum ko per meal is 2 cups. Lunch and dinner pero hindi ako nag bbreakfast, minsan lang. Pero I want to lessen my rice intake kasi tumataba na ako. Hahahaha I want to know what kind of supplements or what kind of food do you eat para hindi mag crave sa food. Madalas kasi akong magutom, like kakain ako ng meal and after ilang hours kakain ulit ako be it chips or whatsoever. Ayokong magutom, gusto ko lagi talaga akong busog. So help me pls :( i really love rice din kasi

Eating it feels wrong to me as someone who really enjoys rice. Parang fake parang styrofoam hahaha idk how to describe it.
