Can someone help me out?
I was only weighing up to 50-55kg last year, pero nung nag creatine ako, lagi nalang ako bloaded this year, umaabot nako ng 63-65kg, 5'1 height.
Yung shoulders ko sabi ng friends ko, nag improve naman, pero yung ibang tao sinasabi is tumaba ako. When in fact, nag wwork out naman ako. Inconsistent lang last year kasi nasakit shoulders ko, but since I got diagnosed with arthritis around my right shoulder /ac joint, nag ffocus nako ngayon sa legs. Sayang lang kasi light weight nalang ung pagbubuhat ko for my back.
Anyway, ayun. Idk if I'm bulking or not. Nag ffasting naman ako for 2 wks na, calorie deficit din. Pero di parin nababawasan timbang ko. Pero lumuluwag nman damit ko. Idk anymore.
Btw I attached a photo para ma judge nyo progress ko now. Wala ako mahanap na before pics ng back ko kasi nawala sa gallery ko ðŸ˜
