For context, I am Male, 5'7 in height and weigned around 73kgs last January.
By the start of February, I started limiting my diet by only eating 1 cup of rice per meal and whenever I feel hungry for snacks I'm always drinking lots of water. Every night, I also do low-moderate intensity of indoor cycling for around 30-40 mins para pagpawisan.
Now I am weighing around 68.5. I just want to ask lang if this is normal since first time ko lang mag weight loss. I am also planning to start a new diet plan by doing alternate-day fasting, I would like to ask rin if this plan is suitable in the long run for weight loss. Thanks!
i always think this way, whatever u lost fast, is a quick gain lalo na if unhealthy yung way mo - limiting urself, st4rvation, etc. also, know the difference. smth the number on the scale goes down bc all this time, what youre losing is only water weight. stay healthy!
