I’m trying to grow more muscle but also shed fat slowly 5’2 currently 60kg at 30% bodyfat. I’ve been alternating between full body weights (pero sa bahay lang - hassle sa gym for me in terms of work schedule) and Hiit for cardio 6x a week.
All your best practices and tips are welcome. I’m disciplined with what I eat prioritizing protein, not eating after 8pm as much as possible, I don’t drink nor smoke. My challenge is getting continous 8 hour sleep - but I try cut my sleep debt to less than 5 hours per week.
