Hello everyone. I am super new here and super new to hiking as well.

My friend and I agreed to go on a hiking trip tomorrow, June 21 2024. He lives in Binangonan and our plan is to sleep there tonight, wake up early and head to any hiking spot or something like that. We imagine being done by 2 or 3ish and heading back to Manila in time for sunset.

Sana hindi umulan.

Another problem is we have no idea where to go and how this has to be done. I am sure we would need a guide, but I don't know if we have to contact some sort of agency or if there are usually people or guides available at the entrances or drop off points.

I've so far heard of three interesting spots to visit.

1. Daraitan

2. Pamitinan

3. Wawa

Do these spots sound nice? Has anyone visited or mastered them? We are total beginners. We got interested in hiking because we went to Batlag and Daranak falls last month, and it was amazing. We both have hiking shoes. Aside form the guides, tips about the hike itself would be useful.
