Hello! Paano niyo po malalaman na mas ready na kayo for (mature roles chz) mas mataas na difficulty ng mga hike? As a beginner, comfortable ako sa mga 4/9 and below. Medyo pinapangunhan ko na, pero kailan niyo po marerecommend na magtry ng 5/9 na akyat and so on? Any advice would be appreciated.
Additional context: I'm planning to go on at least 1 hike every month this year. I just did a Pico de Loro hike this month, first hike ko ever since hiking Pinatubo in 2009 (which was my first everrr hike). Started taking my fitness seriously and began working out regularly early last year.
