Which CPU can I upgrade to for the motherboard I have?

I currently have the EMX-A70FM2 iCafe motherboard and an AMD A8 chip with 16gb of RAM. I am planning to upgrade to a better CPU and SSD since I am experiencing slow downs recently.

What is the best CPU I can upgrade to for this motherboard? I'm not doing any gaming on this PC, just web browsing, design with Figma, programming, and screen recording for coding tutorials with OBS Studio. Right now I am looking at AMD A10, but I'm not sure if it can handle the screen recording part, and whether I would need a GPU for this. Thank you!

EDIT: Would just like to add that I am using Fedora Linux for this PC.
