Hi guys! I want to reset/reformat my windows PC because after I lent it to my brother for a year, a lot of applications and other things have been installed and I now I am annoyed by some pop-ups that keeps showing up. Thus, I want to have it completely reset. I reside in Taft Avenue, so if you guys have any near suggestions on where I can have it reformatted, also have the desktop physically cleaned, that would really be awesome.

I was actually thinking of reformatting it myself, though the desktop has an ssd (for the OS) and an additional hdd for some other files. I am confused on how to format both since some applications were installed in the hdd. So I just want someone to do it for me. Though if you have suggestions on this as well that would be a great help!
