Is It Possible To Build an AM5 system with a 50K budget?

I'm about to buy a desktop, since I want to play Tekken 8 and BG3. My current laptop cannot handle it. Most PC builders that I talked to through FB would quote me with a 60k budget. Medyo strict ang budget din. I was considering an AM4 system, pero syempre I'm worried sa upgradability in the future. I would want to play in 1440p, pero based on my own research, mahirap ma achieve yun with my budget.
Pls send help or point me to a merchant that can accommodate my request.
