It's a nice place, with some recent upgrades including appliances (fridge, washer/dryer, microwave, AC, nest thermostat, etc.), tile (no carpet in unit), split floorplan so each bedroom has a bathroom within it. Plenty of storage space, 2 pools / hot tubs in the community, workout room, located in the front of the complex so it's convenient to get to relative to some of the other units. Can come with some furniture or none. independent landlord with references from previous tenants. Applications are done on zillow so I'm not collecting any application fees other than what they charge you to run a background check.
