What is your weekly running plan?

Hello runners!!
I just randomly run on a week (mostly 4-5x a week), I have no formal training, but I am running for more than a month now and here's what I already achieved so far:
Longest Run is 10K pace 7:08/km, 5K sub 30 rub pace 5:53/km, Recent run is 8K in my comfort pace 6:34/km
I just want to try zone 2 running, tempo run and VO2 max intervals. Can you suggest a good weekly plan for my running? Also, I'm planning to achieve half marathon run.
Your tips will be greatly appreciated 🙂
