How to use the PER Coding Style with PHP CodeSniffer?

My tool of choice for enforcing coding style is CodeSniffer. Currently, it does not have built in support for the PER Coding Style, you must specify a valid XML file in the arguments. I've Googled for an XML file with no helpful results ("PER" isn't a very SEO-friendly name). Can anyone help me out?
