Im a nurse for more than 5 years. I have worked more than 3 years in a private hospital but decided to resign to work in a government hospital. Gusto ko talaga mag work sa government hospital since the salary is much higher than working in a private hospital plus the benefits and the bonus. The problem is working with them ang daming feeling entitled na empleyado na nakakasuka na mga ugali. Yung tipong mga tumagal na sa public hospital. There are lots of issues that it affects your mental health na sometimes. So im planning to file my resignation on the last week of November or first week of December or 3rd week of December para makuha lang ang 13th month pay ko and other bonuses.

QUESTIONS: Hindi ba nila ako pagbabawalan mag resign since mag busy season ng December? And if payagan nila ako mag resign and i-file ko ang vacation leaves ko while rendering 30 days, is it possible? Anu pwede ko sabihin kung sakaling sabihin nila na hindi pwede gamitin ang Vacation leaves while rendering 30 days? PLEASE I NEED YOUR ADVICE. 🥺
