Hello,
I would like to ask lang if makakapaekto ba ito for my next employment.
I'm a fresh graduate and I resigned sa company, 2 weeks lang ang tinagal ko doon. Basically, trainee palang ako and hindi kinaya ng physical health and I'm not well compensated. But it's because I'm pressured tinanggap ko ang offer. Got my payslip din pala and kasama na doon yung deduction from Pag-ibig, SSS, and Philhealth. Also, hindi na pala ako pinag render. I'm planning na mag apply now and I feel anxious since my plan was not to put that company sa resume ko and I will not disclose sa future HR regarding sa nangyari kumbaga I will tell them na I'm a fresh graduate padin.
Please need your answer regarding to these:
1. Malalaman ba ng HR ng future trabaho ko na may hulog na sa government mandated thing ko?
2. If the HR/recruiters run a thorough background check, will they ever know my very reason for resigning?
3. Can an employer trace my previous company even though it was not stated in my resume?
4. When it comes to background check, will they use government contribution history as a basis for previous employment?
Upon checking kasi sa SSS and Philhealth account ko indicated na yung last company na pinasukan ko. If ever that my next company is requesting for a government mandated documents mag rreflect ba doon?
Thank you all
