I received an invite from HR for the Demand Planner/ Data Analytics Officer in their branch in Q.C. I spent the whole weekend to finish all the tasks, dinaig pa yung multinational company sa dami ng exam

General Ability:  Numerical & Verbal:  Planning:  Judgment and Comprehension:  Personality test Including Essay, Application Form etc.

so ayun nga after the 2nd level ng interview, the HR told me that she will send the link for another exam and if makapasa, I will be endorsed for final interview sa HR manager. I texted the HR but no response for almost a month. Napaka-unprofessional at ano ba naman yung magtext lang na hindi i-push through yung application ko. Wala man lang basic courtesy and respect sa oras ko (and probably the rest of applicant) is really disappointing. I don't understand why HR would just left you hanging by not just giving you feedback? Wag na kayo mag-apply dito kasi I think this kind of system extends to the very core of their organization.

Dapat talaga ang ginagawa nila if hindi kaya ma-meet yung asking salary, sabihin na nila agad kesa masayang yung time and effort. Mahiya naman kayo sa oras ng applicant, pag local company ba lahat ganyan? 🙄
