hi! i plan to engage in development work after graduation. i would like to ask how difficult it is to get a job in various NGOs, especially international NGOs. it is my dream to work at the ADB, WHO, or any international NGO. i am not sure what to prepare for or whether i should get more internships or job experiences. additionally, I would like to know what to expect in terms of salaries, benefits, workload, and working environment.
please help me. i am just getting anxious now because im an incoming third year student alr from the university of the philippines diliman taking bs community development and ive been reading a lot of post and as well narratives from my friends na it's rlly difficult to get a job after grad. some of them took 8 months to land a job and i dont want that to happen to me. anyone?? whos working in the development sector or any ngos. can u pls give me tips. thanks a lot!!
