I'm so stupid na sabihin ang current salary rate ko sa inapplayan ko. They sent me a job offer pero parang same lang sa current salary ko ang rate. Okay lang ba na mag decline? It's my first time to do this. Wala din kasing allowances to compensate. Tinapatan lang talaga nila ang salary sa current job ko.
