I need a new NBI clearance for work, but my old one is not yet expired.

Hi, is it possible to get a new NBI clearance? I still have my personal copy and it is still valid until August 2025, but I have already used the other copy for the board exam application last year.
Do I need to schedule another appointment, and go through the whole process again? Or can I just renew my old one?
