I received a credit card even though I didn’t apply for one.

RCBC texted na may out for delivery daw na credit card kahit hindi naman ako nag apply. This will be my 2nd card from them. This is Visa Platinum pero okay lang naman ako sa MC plat ko which is NAFFL na. I still haven't activated the card. May mga questions lang ako.
- Ipapacancel ko ba dapat to para di mag reflect sa akin?
- Will this affect my credit score if ipa cancel ko?
Sorry super noob lang talaga when it comes to credit card.
