RCBC is asking me to activate and spend 25K to 49.9K on a card that only has a 20K limit.

Good day everyone, I hope all is well with you. Would like to ask regarding my RCBC JCB Classic Credit Card.

I initially applied for a Gold VISA RCBC Credit Card but was disappointed to learn that I was only approved for a JCB RCBC Credit Card. Since receiving it I have not yet activated it, since I am intending to return it to RCBC given that it only has a 20K Credit limit. For context I also have a BDO Shopmore Mastercard with a 40K limit.

Then, yesterday, I received that message. I'd like ti know, how on earth would I be able to make a single-receipt purchase of 25K-49.9K if my Credit Limit is only 20K? Did they increase my credit limit while I let my JCB Classic Card sit inactive or is this a trap for me to activate the card and accept the meager 20K limit?
