Hi everyone!
Before my question, I would just like to give out the context of my situation... so I currently have a Unionbank CC (got this last year). I have transferred to a new work and their payroll is in Unionbank. The HR gave me instructions on how to activate the payroll account (reference ID sent in a text) however, I couldn't find the Classic ePayroll option on my current account under my UB CC. With this, I had to open another account (new user ID) and the Classic ePayroll option appeared and available.
Now my question is.. is this how its supposed to be in UB? I have to maintain two separate user ID and can't switch one to another without uninstalling the app? Is it not like BPI wherein I maintain one account and both the payroll & CC appears on it?
Need your urgent response please huhu. I'm lost ðŸ˜
Thank you po!
