how do I get my total balance converted to installment (UB and EW)

For context
I was wrongfully terminated by my employer back in April, I had extra cash and a business to support my daily expenses, I just started my work and I've now maxed out my limits to buy groceries (interrnet bill and gas).
should I ask the bank to convert my total balance to installment or should I just keep paying what I can until I'm done?
