Hi. Bakit kaya parati akong declined when I try to apply for a regular credit card. I have a secured CC under RCBC (the classic one - yung blue) limit is only around 25k. I have been using it for 6 months already. Nag text pa nga si RCBC na NAFFL na yung cc ko and I was so happy.
Now, I have been applying sa mga NAFFL CCs ng other banks like Union and HSBC. The thing is mabilis pa kidlat yung pag text na declined yung application ko. Should I wait a year ba? Sabi kasi dito pwede na apply lang ng apply eh.
Parati kasi na mamax out yung limit kasi I am using it sa lahat ng bagay. Food, subscriptions, groceries, bills, etc. Since wala naman penalty sa pag multiple payment si RCBC, pag nakikita ko pa ubos na yung limit ko, binabayaran ko kaagad para maswipe ko kaagad. I think I’m very responsible naman in handling my finances. Di naman ako swipe lang ng swipe. I see to it that I have money. Nanghihinayang nga ako kasi d ko magamit yung strategy na nabasa ko dito na to let the money sit sa digibank and pay pag nandiyan na yung statement. 🥲
I’m not aiming naman for high tier cards lol. I just want the classic ones since I’m still starting. And I just want to have multiple ccs kasi sobrang convenient for example sa AF Gym subscription kasi medyo may kamahalan.
Sorry ang haba. Baka kasi I’m using it wrong or do you guys have tips ba?
Thank you!
