Hello. I just have a simple question and I’d like to try if someone knows the answer. For example, I purchased an item using my Rewards CC and I decided to have it under installment. Can I call the customer service to request to have it installment since I wasn’t able to do it during purchasing from the merchant? Thanks in advance :)
