Venting out on how rubbish UB is

For context, I am a citibank member for years and I never experienced this kind of service
- waiting time for you to speak with their customer service rep is at least 35min average
- cust rep will gather info for a minute and will put you on hold and wait for another 5-10min
- theyll end up saying that they cant help you
- if your concern doesnโt have an answer yet, instead of them transferring you to the right dept, the cust rep will become your messenger to relay everything to the other dept whilst they convey their answer back to you. I find this very inefficient
- their app is useless; my concern could have been done with their app but the features keep on acting up and now my concern is the feature that I need is missing
- they will promise to call or email you back but you will wait forever without any update
- the service and process are incompetent, inefficient and very rubbish
- i lost word how to describe my frustrations everytime I call and here I am, with unresolved issues
