UB Miles+ Mastercard Mabuhay Miles Conversion

Hello everyone!
My old citi PremierMiles MC has been converted to UB Miles Mastercard and I am accumulating the reward points to convert them to airline miles in the future when I travel to Europe/US.
The problem is, I was looking at Mabuhay Miles points redemption and there was none. I only see AirAsia, Asia Miles, KrisFlyer, and Turkish Airline.
The only Philippine Airline option is cash/voucher in the screenshot.
Where you guys aware that there was no Mabuhay Miles conversion option with Miles ??
