Hi guys just asking here if anyone has been experiencing the same. I've tried calling UB Cust. Service pero 1hr na ako nagantay and wala parin makuhang agent sobrang badtrip.

So here's what happened, I have a 2 CitiPayAll Transactions scheduled every 23rd of the month binabawas sakin worth 10k and 28k. This problem happened during migration

Nung March 23 may nag-push through and nagreflect narin sa SOA ko yung transaction. Upon checking sa account holder nung papadalhan wala siya natanggap daw.

Then March 26, may nabawas nanaman sakin na 17.5k and 28k, which is weird kasi 10k and 28k lng dapat. Nakuha nung account holder ng papadalhan, buti binalik yung sobra.

Now this March 31 may nagappear ulit sa transactions ko for April 1 na 10k PayDirect. Tinanong ko yung pinadalhan wala daw siya nakukuha.

I've been lowkey stressing out and am fumbled how UB could mess up such sensitive transactions. Hindi naman biro, ang hirap pa nila ireach.

Buti personal na tao napapadalhan ko kaya madali iclaim pero what if iba or company yun. Edi doble stress ko.

Please share your experience or what UB reps told you guys if you have sucessfuly complained to them about a similar situation.
