Hi! I applied for an Amore Cashback card with a supplementary card (for my dad, will be using this card mainly for groceries) last mid-January. Got a text from BPI saying they have received my application and will process it within 5-10 banking days last Jan 18. It’s been exactly ten days since then, and I haven’t received a call from BPI asking me for additional information and such, but I have an existing BPI Rewards Card (formerly Blue Mastercard) from them. Does this mean my application has been rejected? Is it possible for me to call BPI to follow up or ask for the status?
