Anyone having issues when using their UB virtual card?

Last week pa ako nagkaka issue sa kanila. Tried using it sa Shopee pero payment pending. I cancelled immediately and opted for other payment option. Akala ko yun lang issue.

Tried it today sa Klook pero ayaw pa din. Kahit ipadaan ko sya via GooglePay di nagwowork.

Napaisip ako baka dahil may ginawa ako sa OTP options ko sa app, so I changed it kasi medyo hassle yung sa OTP dahil sa other phone ko sya nagtetext. Nagamit ko sya sa Lazada kasi no need to text OTP. I tried changing it back sa previous settings nya pero payment pending pa rin sa Shopee.

Before pala mangyari to, I requested sa kanila via e-mail na meron akong upcoming overseas travel next month. Nagspecify naman na ako ng date. Pero up to now wala pang feedback sa request ko. So di ko na talaga alam kung ano ang issue. Possible kaya na blocked yung other transactions ko that require OTP? Thank you po.
