Waived annual fee and rewards

I’ve been using my BPI Blue Mastercard for almost 5 years now. My main savings is with them. I use it monthly 25% up to 50% of my CL limit. But I’ve never been approved to waive the full annual fee, either 50% or not at all. Any tips? Also, versus my other cards, I have never redeemed a good rewards from them. Unlike my Citi cards which I have claimed so many rewards. Have you guys already redeemed say a good or worth it rewards from BPI?
