Has anyone encountered this issue and paano ninyo na fix? SBās customer service is not responding to my email. Sobra tagal nila sumagot.
Iām unable to enroll my SB CC for their app/online service. After entering the correct details, I keep getting this error message.
Please disregard yung āPlease enter a valid mobile numberā kasi binura ko for privacy purposes.
The main error message is āIncorrect details. Please try againā.
This message keeps appearing even if I enter the CORRECT information.
Any helpful comment will be appreciated. Thanks!
