Due to Entrego’s incompetence, I haven’t received my UB CC until now. I should’ve received it during the month of October.
I’ve called UB’s CSR hotline several times but I cannot get a hold of anyone. I’ve emailed both UB and Entrego but got nothing out of it.
I just want to cancel the card that’s with Entrego and have them send me a new one instead.
I went to one of UB’s branch but they’re unable to help me and said that I have to call UB’s customer service myself. I’ve received no help whatsoever.
Does anyone here have a similar experience? Can you share what worked for you?
