I think I got scammed..

So I came across this website https://www.nbfactoryoutletcanada.ca/ and found this amazing sale. I ordered shoes and put my cc info. to my surprise, usually, there will be an email of order confirmation, but 3 days later I'm still not receiving any notifications and in the website, it still pending cc payment... any tips what to do?
