How to inform Citi that I'll use my credit card abroad?

I'm travelling soon so I tried calling CITI to inform them but when I got to an agent (after so long) they put back to the "menu" without explaining and the system just loops me back to the menu every time I select "Credit Card" and "Citi Products"

I already called BPI and sa kanila naman, no need to do travel advisory na daw since pwede sya gamitin anywhere na may mastercard and visa na accepted. Just wondering if same lang sa Citi.
