Am I being scammed?

American here. Met a potential girlfriend on a Philippine dating site. Been chatting / video chatting for a few weeks and everything was going well.
This morning I got a message that she needs help and sent me the screenshot, showing her credit card balance. Now I’m wondering if she’s been trying to scam me. I marked out the last six digits of the credit card for security reasons, but do they usually send text like this and does it usually include six digits?
Love to hear your thoughts on this …
