Stuttering on PC

Hi All, id like to play this game on my PC, My PC is considered to top end gaming PC so internals shouldn't be an issue, just wondering if anyone else has a stuttering issue?, like when i hit a shot down the fairway the game stutters a lot and is unplayable, no matter what graphic settings i use? can anyone assist and has anyone else had this issue and resolved it? cheers
