Swelling in ankles?!

Alright boys. My cycle just hit 10 weeks at 500mg/week test cyp. I'm getting swelling in my ankles now. What can I do for this? What might be causing it? Also on a bit of sarms. LGD, RAD, YK11.

I don't have other symptoms though...that I know of. Estrogen was my first thought but it happened after a killer leg day. Didn't know if it could be from that
