Any of y'all ever get tendon pain/tendonitis while on test?! My lifts have grown quite a bit. Specifically my arms and I feel like I'm getting tendon pain/tendonitis in my forearms on the outside(the boney part of the forearm). It is getting to the point gripping 50lb dumbnells to curl has become painful not so much during the exercise but when I release my grip I get a shooting pain. Any doctors up in here?!
I'm pretty, not smart bruh. Any way to fix the pain
I get it on ez curl and dumbbells. It's killing me. I'm also on heavy dose sarms
