Mk677 on training days only

I'm playing pretty intense contact sports and feel pretty fkd up after training and games. I only want to use Mk for recovery on those sessions. Would that work or do you need to build up a certain amount in the system?
If it's possible, would lower doses work?
Not looking to put on size, just want to heal faster. I'm 30 now and not bouncing back like I use to
