Im 6'2" and 150 pounds... I'm a very lanky guy. I'm trying to gain mass and expedite the process of getting defined muscle with that mass. I've tried 200g protein diets, mass loading diets, gallon of whole milk a day diet, 4000 calorie diet, etc.. And nothing helps me gain weight or impacts my progress at the gym. Any advice on what to try?
