So I've been playing with the idea of running hgh. 4 iu daily, 2 in the morning and 2 before bed.

My hands and writs are fucked up because of the years of strain from kickboxing. My hands, knuckles and wirts hurt a lot during and after training sessions.

I hope HGH would also improve my recovery.

Some advice on the dosage? What should I expect? Is it going to help with my injuries?

Right now I think a 2 week supply for 5 days on 2 off is like 300.

Please don’t do that. It’s a bad idea with the condition of your hands and lower arms. It will most likely make that worse as it can cause Carpal tunnel.

Instead look into bpc157 and tb500. Those are designed for recovery. They work wonders on healing and recovery. Reduce inflammation reduce pain.
