I know itβs not strictly PED related but it kind of is. I had surgery yesterday, funded by NHS, if anyone has any questions on the surgery feel free to fire away.
Surgery was fine, just got the usual soreness and swelling which is under control.
Just wondering if there are any foods / supplements or enhancements you would suggest to improve recovery and recovery time? Iβm not expecting to be back lifting within a week but just anything that can help that extra 1-2%.
FWIW - I am currently not taking any anabolics or anciliaries - finished my first cycle approx 8 weeks ago and am feeling back to normal.
