Pre fixed 0.5” syringes - good to use for quads?

Ran out of my usual syringes that I fix to 23g for drawing, 27g for pinning glutes.
The only think I can get is the pre made 1ml syringues that have a 0.5” needle.
I’m sure this is fine size wise for quads but obviously means I can’t use different needles for drawing and pinning. Will this be ok to use?
