Next cycle - up dosages or add compound?

42 yr old male currently 6’3 200lb (approx 12-15�) with years of gym experience. Over past several years I have slowly dabbled with PEDs, starting small and building up.

I have several cycles under my belt. I started small and slowly progressed. My last cycle was 500 test and 250 npp. NPP is the my first and injectable other than test I have tried. No issues at all. Was scared about the jealousy thing but it never happened. Felt great. My bloods have always been fine pre/mid/post cycle. I have never needed an ai other than the odd time and usually I would take one 0.25mg dose and that would curb the estrogen side effect from was feeling. I am probably a mid level responder to gear, probably due to my age and I will admit while what I ingest is the on point, I have difficulty eating bulking amount of calories every day. Training and sleep is good to go.

I am doing this for general aesthetics, wellness, strength, and overall athleticism. I don’t compete and I don’t count the weight on the end of the bar other than to monitor progression. Just like being big and strong and look good for my wife.

So for my next cycle I feel I am at a crossroads. Could do the same thing but I’m an experimenter and I know I won’t do that. So should I up the dosages? I thought about raising the npp up to match test 1:1 because I was side effect free at 2:1 ratio? Or is it time to add another compound in like mast or eq?

I don’t want to jump ahead of myself so my limit for next cycle is 1g. There is nothing I’m completely opposed to trying. I just don’t know if the dosage or multiple compound route is more effective method.

Should also note. I’m on 2iu pharma gh for life and 75mg/week test for life…. Yes that’s what an endo seems to actually prescribe for people who really need it. None of this bodybuilding trt lol.

Any mid level cycle suggestions would be appreciated.
