Hey - random advice question and apologies if it’s duplicative. I’m looking to lean out quite a bit and work on body recomp. I’ve been on a pretty strict macro and training plan and it’s working (albeit pretty slowly) and I’ve got symptoms of low T, so I’m looking to supplement.
My plan is to work with my PCP to get on a normal supplementation of test and add in a peptide combo. Right now it’s looking like 15 units of a modGRF and iparmorelin combo and 10 units of just the iparmorelin.
Anyone gone a similar route? A little nervous to start right down the anabolic route but still would love some help leaning out and recomping.
