Pc no longer powers on

So it was time to do a cleaning for my pc and I decided to just unplug all the wires. However I haven’t built a pc in a long time so now I’m stuck on what to do to get it working again. The power supply is a tax 950 w. The motherboard is a asus p6t deluxe v2. Please help
